This website is a simple, single-page information site. It does not sell anything, does not take bookings, does not process payments, and does not contain an enquiry form. There is no account to create and no login.
In practice, this means the site collects very little information about you. This page explains exactly what it does collect and why.

Information collected through this website
Analytics
If you accept the cookie notice, this site loads Google Analytics, which places cookies on your device and records how the page is used — for example which sections are read, roughly which country the visit came from, and which device type was used. IP addresses are anonymised.
If you decline, or simply ignore the notice, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so that you are not asked repeatedly, and it is re-requested after twelve months.

Server logs
Like almost all websites, the hosting provider keeps standard server logs that may include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability purposes.
Fonts
Typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is visible to that service. No cookies are set by these requests.
Information you share directly
There is no form on this website. If you contact Acharya Pushpak V Kumbhare by WhatsApp, telephone or email, you share information directly through that channel — not through this site.
Where a consultation goes ahead, you may choose to share further details such as property plans, photographs, dates of birth or similar information relevant to the analysis. That information is:
- used only to carry out your consultation;
- kept confidential and not sold, rented or traded;
- not shared with third parties except where you have asked for it, or where the law requires it;
- retained only for as long as it remains relevant to your consultation and any follow-up.
Messages exchanged over WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, and email is subject to the terms of the relevant email providers.
Client confidentiality
Nothing a client shares during a consultation is discussed with anyone else, and no client is identified. Testimonials published on this website appear only with the permission of the client concerned, and only ever without a name. The city and country and the type of consultation are the only details shown.
This matters practically, not only ethically. An accurate diagnosis depends on a client being able to speak openly about matters they would not usually discuss. That is only possible where confidentiality is certain.
If you have given a testimonial and would like it amended or removed, please get in touch and it will be actioned.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information is held about you, to request a copy, to ask for corrections, to ask for it to be deleted, or to object to its use. To make any such request, contact [email protected] and it will be responded to within a reasonable period.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
Links to other sites
This site links to external profiles such as LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
